About the Role:
Join Druid Hills Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, where you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive healthcare to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care in the heart of Atlanta, GA. We do general primary care and also focus on HIV treatment, prevention, and gender affirming care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and treatment regimens as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care audits.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
